++++ Why does my call transfer button not work? |

The Call Transfer Button works in the following way. You have taken a call on Line 1 from Caller A. To transfer the call to Caller B, press Line 2 and dial the number for Caller B. When Caller B has answered and you have introduced Caller A, press Call Transfer to connect the two callers.

NOTE : You can also hang up to transfer the call.++++

You won't find this setting in the SwyxIt client. Open Outlook and select Tools | Option... | SwyxIt! Tab
